Why this one again?
well I saw some really good light effects so I wanted to try them on my own.
Wasn't quite sure how they were done and I did not want to draw a new pic to try them so I came back to this pic and tried this and that and well you see the outcome.
For me it is hard to say if I like this one better or the older one [link]
this one is really shiny and you guys and girls know how I like that but the other is simple/plane (in a good way) and is more close to the anime with it's way of coloring...
so I'm not quite sure if this is a step back or for.
One thing I know is that it takes more time...
Looking at the 2 of the pics together, I think I like the original better. Sure, the new one has more shine, but it just seems a little too vibrant for the pic. I think you should hold on to the technique, and that it could come in handy for some other pics, but in this case, I feel that the more simple style is the better one.
